2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the PushMeld website, account and authentication flows, the PushMeld web application, the PushMeld API and MaxCode integrations, notification delivery, analytics, billing-related features, and support interactions.

3. Personal data we process

Depending on how you use PushMeld, we may process the following categories of data:

• Account and authentication data: email address, password-related records, verification and recovery records, two-factor authentication settings, and login or security events.
• Project and service data: project names, MaxCode or API configuration, selected notification channels, device settings, usage information, and delivery or analytics results.
• Notification data: message content, recipient email addresses, device identifiers, and related metadata that you or your integration submit for delivery. We process this data to provide the requested service.
• Billing data: billing contact details, company and tax information, address data, subscription or transaction records, and other information needed for invoicing and payment administration.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, error reports, audit records, and other data needed to keep PushMeld secure and reliable.
• Support data: information you provide when contacting PushMeld or TicketMeld, including the content and attachments of your request.

The web application may use browser storage for session and language state. PushMeld does not use this storage to create advertising profiles.

We use personal data to:

• provide, operate, and maintain PushMeld and its integrations;
• create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and prevent abuse;
• deliver notifications and provide requested analytics or service results;
• process subscriptions, billing, invoices, and legally required records;

9. Data you submit through PushMeld

If you use PushMeld to send data about other people, you are responsible for having a valid legal basis, providing any required privacy information, and configuring the service lawfully. PushMeld processes such data on your instructions to provide the selected notification or integration functionality.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Where service providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required.

11. Children

PushMeld is intended for businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law.
